The Somali National Artificial Intelligence Centre serves as the University’s focal point for AI research, education, innovation, policy, capacity building and technology transfer advancing knowledge and solutions that address Somalia’s national priorities.

Our mission is to advance AI research, education, innovation and practical applications that strengthen Somalia’s human capital, institutions and digital economy, in support of a vision that positions Somalia as a regional leader in responsible Artificial Intelligence.
