VISIT CENTRE SITE
The Livestock, Environment, Agriculture & Fisheries Centre (LEAF) is a multidisciplinary research, innovation, and community engagement center at Somali National University (SNU) dedicated to advancing sustainable development in Somalia’s livestock, agriculture, fisheries, and environmental sectors. The center promotes evidence-based research, capacity building, policy development, and technology transfer to improve food security, climate resilience, natural resource management, and rural livelihoods. LEAF also serves as a platform for collaboration among researchers, government institutions, development partners, universities, and local communities to address national challenges through innovation and scientific excellence. The center is listed among SNU’s official research and innovation centers.
